Mindfulness & Meditation
Classes for ages 4 - 7
Children will be introduced to breath awareness, yoga, and meditation through a series of educational lessons, demonstrations, imaginative play, stories, songs, artistic expression, and movement.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Classes for ages 7 - 11
Lessons will include games, group activities, and art. Children will practice breath awareness, more advanced breathing techniques, yoga, and work up to longer meditations. We will dive deeper into discussion to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness.
